The EV Certified program is similar to the Nissan Certified program, but this extended warranty is for electric vehicles. It offers all the same benefits of a 7-year or 100,000-mile warranty, one year or 15,000 miles of pre-paid maintenance, and a Roadside Assistance Package for the duration of the warranty.

Key differences include the parts covered. On electric vehicles, the EV Certified warranty extends to the traction motor, power converter, inverter unit, EV cables, and other essential components. This extended warranty is for 100% electric Nissans only. To qualify, vehicles must be no more than six years old with fewer than 80,000 miles and pass a 139-point inspection.
